We collect only what a form asks for: name, email, phone, a message, a gift amount, and, if you transfer, a receipt. Payment card details are handled by Seerbit, not stored on this website.

Donor and enquiry records are used to acknowledge gifts, respond to messages, and manage the home. They are not sold. Children’s case information is not collected on public forms and is not displayed on this website.

Safeguarding reports are stored separately and reviewed by authorised administrators. To ask about your own enquiry, use the contact page.
